Dr. Myron A. Harvey

Myron is the founder and president of Human Capital Consulting. He is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of professional experience with corporate and family business consulting. His services are focused on helping companies with strategic and succession planning, leadership and organizational development, talent and performance management, and employee selection. With both companies and individuals Myron also provides career assessment and planning programs. ____________________________________________________________________________________ He has conducted assessments of more than 4,500 executives and key employees for purposes of selection, development, and career planning. Myron has designed and delivered hundreds of individual and group programs for senior and next generation leaders of his corporate and family business clients. He is the former Director of Human Resources for F.N.B. Corporation, a 3,500 employee, publicly traded financial services company. As a Strategic Partner with the Family Enterprise Center at Stetson University (www.stetson.edu/business/family), Myron is very involved in the delivery of services to family businesses and their professional advisors. ____________________________________________________________________________________ He has B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in psychology and additional studies in areas of Strategic Planning and Project Management; Wealth Management, Family Wealth Counseling, and Financial Consulting; Mergers and Acquisitions; Executive Selection, Coaching, and Development; Succession Planning; Strategic Leadership Development; Sales Effectiveness; Process Consultation in Organizations; Work Analysis and Profiling; and Career Assessment. His professional memberships include the American Psychological Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and the Florida Psychological Association.
