While EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION is designed as an interlocking professional development series, each seminar is also constructed to stand alone for those participants unable to attend the entire program. Attendance will be limited to ensure optimal learning and discussion. These seminars will fill up quickly, so to reserve your seat, register today.

Prior to SEMINAR 1 participants will complete an on-line leadership characteristics questionnaire using the OPQ32, one of the most recognized tools in the world. A customized personal report will be provided to seminar participants. The OPQ32 is an occupationally-based questionnaire that describes an individual's preferred or typical behavioral style at work on 32 dimensions. The OPQ32 results combined with seminar discussions will enable participants to achieve a greater understanding of their individual leadership characteristics and how they can be used to produce better results, encourage teamwork, improve quality of worklife and sustain performance during stressful times.
